BOOKING CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS SOLD BY H.I.S. NEW ZEALAND

All products sold by H.I.S. New Zealand Ltd have been provided by reputable airlines and/or suppliers and are subject to their conditions and changes without notice. Airline tickets and passports must reflect identical names as some airlines will deny travel if there are any differences.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade for any travel. Our consultants can issue you with a travel insurance policy to suit your needs before departure that can protect your interests. All insurance claims should be directed to the insurance company by you.


PASSPORTS & VISAS

Passports must be valid and most of countries require at least six months validity from the date of arrival to destination country and we recommend that you have at least four continuous blank pages. It is the travellers sole responsibility that passports, visas or re-entry permits meet immigration and foreign government authority requirements. Any penalties imposed by the mentioned third parties for not meeting their requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveller. Should you need information regarding visas or other travel documentation, our consultants have access to an external visa advice provider. Our consultants can obtain this information on your behalf, however HIS New Zealand can not guarantee any such information, nor accept any liability which may occur as a result. Our consultants can obtain visas at your request for the applicable fee.


LIABILITY & TRAVEL ADVICE

H.I.S. New Zealnad will always do it’s best to provide the best service and most up to date information. The company and its employees will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by any act, omission or default, whether negligence or otherwise of carriers, suppliers or any other third party or that caused by (but not limited to) act of God, war, hijacking, terrorism or any other event which is beyond our control. TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Please check NAME, SCHEDULE and DETAILS of your booking before payment. Any errors in names, schedule and details on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. Service fees will apply for changes after ticket/documents have been issued (please see reverse). Any penalties, amendment and/or cancellation fees caused by the errors are the sole responsibility of the traveller.


PRICES, TAXES, OTHER AIRLINE OR GOVERNMENT CHARGES

Prices, including taxes and airline or government charges are correct as at the time of quoting, are subject to availability and can change or be withdrawn without notice.


PAYMENT

We accept cash, credit card and direct deposit. Credit & Debit card charges apply. When credit / debit card payment is made direct to suppliers, not to H.I.S. New Zealand, your remedy in relation to any act, loss or damage is against that supplier, not against HIS New Zealand. Please make all direct deposits payable to our trust account. Please send a copy of your bank transaction receipt for both international and domestic payments by e-mail otherwise your booking may be cancelled by the airline / supplier. Direct deposits from overseas will incur an additional bank fee.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal details will only be used for booking purposes and are securely maintained in the H.I.S. New Zealand Client File Database. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party without your prior written authority, except where HIS New Zealand is required by law to do so. SERVICE FEES

Fees are recommended minimum fees, and additional fees may by chargeable at the discetion of H.I.S. New Zealand in accordance with the nature and amount of services required. Service Fees are all non-refundable.

・All service fees are per person, per ticket or items unless otherwise stated.
・These service fees are in addition to any cost recoveries retained and or charged by airlines, travel wholesalers or other suppliers and are subject to change without notice.
